We at Elizabetta want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item please do the following:
- Please get in contact with us here within 14 days of receipt of the item, and we will issue a return authorization number and an address of where to send the items (in France) or work out an exchange. We will reply to your request within 2 business days.
- Items must be sent back to us within 5 business days of issuing the return authorization in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and repackaged in its original packaging with the original tags intact.
If the above conditions are respected, we will issue a full refund for the item shortly after receiving it.
- We reserve the right to charge a 30-50% restocking fee or not to accept a return if the above terms are not respected.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Changes, cancellations: We ship 0-2 business days after we receive your order. If changes need to be made, we will make every effort to do so. Please contact us here.
